What documents do I need to prepare for registration?
For sole proprietor: ID card, residential address, and bank account details. For Ltd company: additionally required are a unique company name, shareholder and director information, and a registered company address.
Can I open a business without Israeli citizenship?
Yes. Work visa or residency holders can open a business. Foreigners without status in Israel are advised to open an Ltd company with an Israeli partner or local representative.
What's the difference between Small Business and Exempt Dealer?
Small Business (Esek Zair) is a relatively new track with income tax and National Insurance benefits for low-income self-employed. Exempt Dealer (Osek Patur) refers to VAT status. You can be both Small Business and Exempt Dealer simultaneously.
Can I run multiple businesses at the same time?
Yes. You can own multiple Ltd companies, or operate several activity types under the same Licensed Dealer. It's important to ensure all activities are properly reported.

Does the payment include all fees and costs?
