Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

1.1. This agreement is a binding document applicable to all customers of CPA Digital, as well as users of the website https://cpa.digital/ and all services provided by the Company (hereinafter: "the Company").

1.2. Company address: 61 Jabotinsky St., Petah Tikva, BSR CITY Towers, Tower i, 12th Floor.

1.3. The Company provides services in accounting, auditing, tax consulting, bookkeeping, opening files with government authorities, representation before tax authorities, penalty cancellation, sanction removal, report preparation, capital declarations, tax planning, and tax refunds.

1.4. This agreement is written in masculine form for convenience only and applies to all genders.

1.7. Use of the website and/or receiving services from the Company constitutes full agreement to these Terms.

2. Website Terms of Use

2.1. Information posted on the website is provided for general informational purposes. Company representatives, who are members of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel (ICPA), are required to maintain professional confidentiality and ethical standards.

2.2. Information on the website does not replace individual professional consultation on accounting, tax, and legal matters. Responsibility for using the information lies with the user.

2.3. Only persons who are 18 years of age or older and possess legal capacity may use the website.

2.4. The Company reserves the right to update and modify these Terms at any time.

2.5. In case of contradiction between website information and legislation or official publications of government authorities, the official information takes precedence.

2.6. The Company reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or temporarily suspend website operations and services at any time.

3. Services and Areas of Activity

The Company provides services in the following areas:

  • Opening files with tax authorities and company/non-profit registries
  • VAT / Income Tax Authority (Mas Ahnasa) / National Insurance (Bituach Leumi)
  • For sole proprietors (Osek Patur and Osek Murshe), partnerships, and LTD companies
  • As well as Amutot and non-profit organizations
  • Accounting, tax, and financial consulting
  • Single-entry and double-entry bookkeeping
  • Representation before tax authorities, audits, and assessments
  • Debt settlement, payment plans, and tax planning
  • Preparation of periodic reports, annual reports, capital declarations, and audit reports
  • Penalty cancellation, sanction removal, violation correction, and coordination with authorities
  • Tax refunds, including capital gains tax refunds (real estate)

Estimated file opening time: 4-5 business days, without commitment, depending on workload and government authorities' processing times, and subject to the force majeure provisions.

4. Promotions and Discounts Policy

4.1. Promotions are valid upon presentation of advertisement details by the customer during the promotion period.

4.2. Joining a service under a promotion confirms that the customer understands and accepts the promotion terms.

4.3. In case of misunderstanding, the responsibility to clarify details lies with the customer.

4.4. Promotional prices are calculated for a service period of at least 12 months. If the customer wishes to receive service for less than 12 months, they will be required to pay the full service price without the discount.

5. Payments, Debts, Service Cancellation and Refunds

5.1. Monthly payment for ongoing services is charged on the 1st of each month for the current service month.

5.2. Invoices and payment notifications are sent to the customer immediately and simultaneously transferred to the customer's business accounting department.

5.3. In case of non-payment, the customer must contact the finance department to arrange payment. Services will not be provided until payment is made.

5.4. Debt accrues at Prime + 4% annual interest, plus inflation indexation.

5.5. For ongoing service payments, automatic debit is used, which does not occupy the customer's credit limit.

5.6. For one-time services with credit card installments, an additional 1% credit installment fee is charged per payment.

5.7. The Company may charge 10% debt collection costs, as well as legal expenses if legal debt collection is necessary.

5.8. Refunds are not available for services already rendered, including initial processing stages, even if the service is not fully completed.

5.9. Cancellation of ongoing services requires 30 days written notice. Payment for the notice period is mandatory.

5.10. For cancellation within less than 6 months of service, the customer must pay registration and administrative office fees - Registration Fee of ₪350 + VAT.

5.11. If work on the service has not yet begun, the customer may receive a refund minus ₪350 + VAT commission for registration and administrative office fees - Registration Fee.

5.12. The Company reserves the right to update service prices due to index changes, cost of living increases, or expense changes. The customer will be notified of price changes 30 days before they take effect.

6. Document Submission and Information Responsibility

6.1. Each document submitted to the Company is considered confirmation by the customer of its authenticity and ownership.

6.2. The Company is entitled to use documents and information to perform services.

6.3. The Company is not responsible for documents not sent by the customer, sent partially, not received, or received late. The customer is required to provide complete, accurate, and timely information.

7. Force Majeure and Delays

7.1. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control: tax authorities, Bituach Leumi, government institutions, banks, credit companies, service providers, emergencies, wars, epidemics, strikes, etc.

7.2. In case of dissatisfaction, the customer must first contact the service department in writing. The Company will respond within 14 business days.

7.3. The customer is required to maintain proper conduct, respectful communication, and cooperation with Company representatives.

8. Forms and Signed Declarations

8.1. By signing forms, reports, and documents, the customer confirms the accuracy of information and agreement with the statements contained therein.

8.2. Submission of forms does not constitute completion of the process without official confirmation from the Company.

9. Intellectual Property

All website materials and Company documents are protected by copyright. Copying, use, or publication without written permission is prohibited.

10. External Links

The Company is not responsible for content of external websites or any damage resulting from their use.

11. Law, Jurisdiction and Arbitration

11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.

11.2. In case of dispute, the customer must undergo arbitration through the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel (ICPA) before filing any lawsuit. Arbitration is a mandatory preliminary step.

11.3. Only after completion of arbitration may the customer approach the courts.

12. Confidentiality and Prohibition of Disclosure of Company Information

12.1. The customer undertakes to maintain complete confidentiality regarding any information, documents, correspondence, conversations, work processes, professional methods, service level, work standards, or any other information concerning the Company's activities, employees, and representatives.

12.2. The customer undertakes not to publish, distribute, transfer, disclose, or post in any manner, including on social networks, messengers, internet platforms, forums, review sites, or any other third parties, any information concerning services, level of professionalism, work processes, or other aspects of the Company's activities, without prior written consent from the Company.

12.3. This confidentiality obligation also applies after termination of the relationship between the Customer and the Company and is not limited in time.

12.4. The customer confirms that the confidentiality obligation applicable to the Company also applies to them on a mutual basis, and that any violation of this clause constitutes a material breach of contract terms and may result in termination of services and legal action by the Company.
